After a fabulous year working with Rugby and Northampton Athletic Club, training assorted sprint groups, U11’s and U13’s, not to mention the fabulous Ladies Running Group Core Classes, I have decided it is time to move on to pastures new. Thank you to every one for your hard work and effort and for all the fun we’ve had along the way. Ladies keep at the core and every success to all involved.
