Starting in the New Year, I will be running core conditioning classes for the Rugby Athletic Club Ladies. There will be Beginner/Intermediate classes on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am, Thursday afternoons at 2.30pm and an evening session on Wednesdays at 5.30pm. Each session will last for 45 minutes and there will be a maximum of six for each session. £3 per session.
